皮肌炎是以皮肤及肌肉病变为主的全身性疾病。国内于1952年首次报告后,各地陆续有些报道,并注意到了它与恶性肿瘤的关系。现将本院所遇一例报道如下。黎××,女,44岁,已婚,苍梧人,农民。诉三年前面颈部皮肤出现潮红,起小水疱、痒、无痛、少许渗液,继之波及双前臂、双下肢。后疱退脱皮变为红斑,反复发作后红斑融合成片,伴浮肿及痒,日照后加剧。八个月前颈两侧淋巴结肿大,伴乏力、肢体疼痛、活动障碍、吞咽困难、发烧。一月前鼻咽癌普查发现其抗EB病毒壳抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(VCA—IgA)滴度1:20,经临床检查及病理证实为鼻咽低分化鳞状细胞癌,1979年6月
