造纸浆料系统因使用的清水硬度高,导致助留助滤剂用量偏高;因使用的浆料品牌不同导致浆料和白水系统pH不稳定。两者综合导致原纸强度偏低和生产不稳定。山东太阳纸业天章#19机通过在部分木浆板碎浆过程中使用NaHCO3,达到了改善原纸强度和稳定生产的目的。
Due to the high hardness of the water used in the paper stock system, the amount of retention and drainage aids are high; the pH of the stock and white water system is not stable due to the different brands of stock used. The combination of the two results in low strength and unstable production of base paper. Shandong Sun Paper Tianzhang # 19 machine through the use of part of the pulp in the process of shredding NaHCO3, to achieve the purpose of improving the intensity of base paper and stable production.
