医学界认为,人体的身体有三态,“第一态”为健康,“第二态”为疾病,“第三态”位于两态之间,就是“亚健康状态”.如今,很大一部分人群出现如疲劳、失眠、焦虑、疼痛、健忘、抑郁、便秘等症状,就可能是到了“亚健康状态”,在中医学中大致属于“虚病”等范畴.这种状态虽初始没有病症表现,但时间长了就可能发展为疾病,但如果得到有效干预,机体可以重获健康.
