贫困问题一直是限制社会发展和国家进步重要问题。长期以来扶贫开发中存在不少问题:贫困标准不一,资源利用率不高,扶贫中腐败频发等等。社会工作作为一项旨在实现助人自助的专业性活动,其主旨与扶贫开发的目的不谋而和,理应在当前扶贫开发中承担应有的职责。本文通过对专业社会工作介入精准扶贫的路径选择问题进行探索式研究,旨在说明社会工作在介入精准扶贫中可行性和可操作性以及实现途径。社会工作介入精准扶贫,是专业社会工作的应有责任,也是精准扶贫的迫切需要。
Poverty has always been an important issue that limits social progress and national progress. For a long time there are many problems in poverty alleviation and development: different poverty standards, low utilization rate of resources, frequent corruption in poverty reduction and so on. As a professional activity aimed at helping others with self-help, social work has the same purpose as the purpose of poverty alleviation and development and should assume its due responsibilities in the current poverty alleviation and development. This paper explores the path of professional social work involved in the accurate poverty alleviation, aiming at illustrating the feasibility and feasibility of social work in intervening in precision poverty alleviation. Accurate poverty alleviation of social work is the responsibility of professional social work and an urgent need for precision poverty alleviation.
