从低碳经济角度出发,考虑海运碳交易和碳排放约束,在保证重箱正常运输的前提下,建立空箱调租双目标优化模型,分析碳交易制度、碳排放限额以及碳交易价格对空箱调租总成本与空箱调运时间总偏差的影响.研究结果表明:政府小幅度降低分配船公司的碳排放份额可有效降低航运业碳排放量;船公司通过碳交易购买碳排放份额可缓解其减排压力,并可降低空箱调租总成本;政府可以适当提高碳交易价格以降低船公司的碳排放量.
From the perspective of low carbon economy, considering the constraints of ocean shipping carbon trading and carbon emissions, under the premise of guaranteeing the normal shipping of heavy containers, a dual target optimization model of empty container renting is established. The carbon trading system, carbon emission allowance and carbon trading price are analyzed.
