本文介绍应用胎鼠背根神经节(Dorsal root ganglion,DRG)细胞分离培养法评价神经生长因子(Nerve Growth Factor,NGF)生物活性及培养细胞的鉴定方法,并扼要叙述DRG组织培养法鉴定NGF生物活性过程中存在的问题。
This article describes the application of Dorsal root ganglion (DRG) cell culture method to evaluate the biological activity of Nerve Growth Factor (NGF) and the identification of cultured cells. The article also describes the DRG tissue culture method to identify the biological activity of NGF Problems in the activity process.
