目的研究新型可调Twin-block矫治器双期矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形患者的骨骼改变。方法选择22例以下颌后缩为主要表现的生长期安氏Ⅱ类1分类患者,Ⅰ期采用可调Twin-block矫治器,Ⅱ期采用直丝弓矫治技术,应用X线头影测量技术进行治疗前后硬组织的测量和分析。结果患者正畸前后产生了明显的骨改变,治疗后SNB、SND、N-Me及ANS-Me显著性增加,分别为78.38°±3.32°、75.47°±3.85°、(115.96±4.82)mm及(60.15±4.68)mm,与治疗前75.45°±3.30°、72.26°±3.22°、(111.06±4.60)mm及(57.62±4.25)mm比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者在替牙期、恒牙早期采用新型可调Twin-block矫治器能改善上下颌骨间不调,取得较好的矫治效果。
Objective To study the skeletal changes of patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion treated by the new adjustable Twin-block appliance in two-stage treatment. Methods Twenty-two patients with growth-phase Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with mandibular retraction were selected. The first-phase was modified Twin-block appliance. The second-stage appliance was treated by straight-wire appliance. The patients were treated by X-ray cephalometry Before and after the hard tissue measurement and analysis. Results The patients had obvious bone changes before and after orthodontic treatment. The SNB, SND, N-Me and ANS-Me were significantly increased after treatment (78.38 ° ± 3.32 °, 75.47 ° ± 3.85 °, (115.96 ± 4.82) mm and (60.15 ± 4.68) mm, which were significantly different from those before treatment (75.45 ° ± 3.30 °, 72.26 ° ± 3.22 °, (111.06 ± 4.60) mm and (57.62 ± 4.25) mm, P <0.05). Conclusion The patients with Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion in the early period of tooth replacement and permanent dentition can improve the correction of the maxilla and mandible with the new adjustable Twin-block appliance.
