【背景资料和分析】学校心理教育是以发展学生心理素质、培养适应现代社会需要的人格为目的的教育。经过调查,我们发现小学生的许多心理问题,无一不是与其良好心理素质的欠缺有一定的关系。因此,仅仅从知识和德育两个方面施教,已不能解决学生的实际问题,应从心理学角度来对症下药,才能收到事半功倍的效果。在小学生的心理辅导中,老师采取激励原则,自觉运用“期望效应”、“马太效应”等心理学原理,对学生始终寄予无限的希望,激励学生的点滴进步,给学生带来自我接纳,自我肯定,并产生一系列良好的情绪体验,有助于教育目标的实现。 Background Information and Analysis Psychological education in schools is based on the development of students’ psychological quality, to cultivate the personality-oriented education that meets the needs of modern society.
