【背景资料和分析】学校心理教育是以发展学生心理素质、培养适应现代社会需要的人格为目的的教育。经过调查,我们发现小学生的许多心理问题,无一不是与其良好心理素质的欠缺有一定的关系。因此,仅仅从知识和德育两个方面施教,已不能解决学生的实际问题,应从心理学角度来对症下药,才能收到事半功倍的效果。在小学生的心理辅导中,老师采取激励原则,自觉运用“期望效应”、“马太效应”等心理学原理,对学生始终寄予无限的希望,激励学生的点滴进步,给学生带来自我接纳,自我肯定,并产生一系列良好的情绪体验,有助于教育目标的实现。
Background Information and Analysis Psychological education in schools is based on the development of students’ psychological quality, to cultivate the personality-oriented education that meets the needs of modern society. After investigation, we found that many of the psychological problems of primary school students are not related to their lack of good psychological quality. Therefore, just from the two aspects of knowledge and moral education, can not solve the practical problems of students, psychology should be from the point of view, in order to receive a multiplier effect. In the psychological counseling of pupils, the teacher adopts the principle of motivation and conscientiously uses the psychology principles of “Expectation Effect” and “Matthew Effect” to give students endless hope, inspire students to make progress and give students self-acceptance, Self-affirmation, and produce a series of good emotional experience, contribute to the realization of educational goals.
