用左心室注射石蜡油造成多发性梗塞(VaD)的动物模型,采用组织原位杂交技术及生物医学图像分析技术,测定了VaD大鼠脑内P53mRNA、HSP70mRNA的表达水平。结果显示脑血疏通可通过减弱P53mRNA的表达,促进HSP70mRNA表达,起到加速修复,保护脑缺血神经元的作用。
An animal model of multiple infarcts (VaD) was induced by injection of paraffin oil into the left ventricle. Tissue in situ hybridization and biomedical image analysis techniques were used to determine the expression of P53 mRNA and HSP70 mRNA in the brains of VaD rats. The results show that cerebral blood dredge can reduce the expression of P53 mRNA and promote the expression of HSP70 mRNA, which can accelerate the repair and protect cerebral ischemia neurons.
