最近,著名语言学家、中央民族大学教授马学良先生接受了几位博士生的来访。马先生就少数民族语言教学与研究谈了自己的经验。兹撮其要点如下: 1.研究少数民族语言必须打好语音学基础,要通过语音训练这一关。1951年中央民族学院筹建语文系,马学良教授任系副主任、教授。这个系在中国是个新创的系。1956年马先生带领该系即将毕业的学生和部分教师200余人参加了中国科学院和民委组织的少数民族语言调查队,对少数民族语言进行普查工作。学生在实践中学习,提高了语言调查特别是记音的技能,圆满完成了调查任务。朱德熙先生曾对中央民族学院语文系的调查成绩给予了高度的评价。他说,这是语文调查队全体同志辛勤努力的结果。之所以有这些成绩,是得力于少数民族语文专业的学生有严格的语音学训练。初建系时,马先生亲自讲授语音学课,并且把严格的语音训练作为学习和研究民族语文的先决条件,因而培养出了一大批优秀的民族语文人材。
Recently, Mr. Ma Xueliang, a famous linguist and professor of the Central University for Nationalities, visited several PhD students. Mr. Ma talked about his experience in minority languages teaching and research. Here are the main points are summarized as follows: 1. Study of minority languages must lay the phonetics foundation, to train this level through the voice. In 1951, the Central University for Nationalities prepares to build the Chinese Department, and Professor Ma Xueliang serves as the deputy director and professor. This department is a new department in China. In 1956, Mr. Ma led more than 200 students and some teachers graduating from the department to participate in ethnic minority language investigation teams organized by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ethnic Affairs Commission to conduct census work on minority languages. Students in practice to learn, improve the language survey, especially the pronunciation skills, successfully completed the investigation task. Mr. Chu Te-hee once spoke highly of the survey results of the Department of Chinese at Minzu University for Nationalities. He said that this is the result of all the hard work of the Chinese language investigation team. The reason why these achievements have been made is that students who are capable of minority language major have strict phonetic training. At the beginning of the establishment of his department, Mr. Ma personally taught phonetics lessons and used strict training in speech as a prerequisite for studying and studying national languages. As a result, he has trained a large number of excellent national language talents.
