“投入”,一般可理解为无私或忘我;在语文教学过程中则表现为智慧与情感的完美结合。因此,高度的历史使命感与责任感、对教育事也的无比忠诚、热情积极的工作态度,是构成“投入教学”的启动条件;而丰富的内心世界、高尚的思想情操、渊博深厚的文化修养与职业见识,则是语文教师“投入教学”的一个不可或缺的内在因素,同时也是语文教学过程中各个环节工作得以顺利完成并取得良好效果的基本保证和重要前提。
