心理健康指的是处于一定社会环境下的个体,在个体神经系统的支配下,具备正常的智力、稳定的性格、适宜的社会行为和良好的环境适应能力。文章以大学生心理健康的标准及健康的内涵为切入点进行分析,通过对当前我国大学生心理健康状况与成因的研究,提出了如何更好的实现体育教学对大学生心理健康发展的促进作用,旨在为高校体育教学对大学生心理的健康发展研究提供理论借鉴。
Mental health refers to an individual in a certain social environment, with normal intelligence, stable personality, appropriate social behavior and good environmental adaptability under the control of an individual’s nervous system. Based on the analysis of the mental health standards and health connotation of college students, this paper studies the current situation and causes of mental health of college students in our country, and puts forward how to promote physical education to the mental health of college students better. It provides a theoretical reference for the research on the healthy development of undergraduates’ psychology in university physical education.
