为了提高用户可靠性目标载荷谱的真实性和有效性,提出一种考虑路面不平度和行驶速度分布的载荷谱构建方法。根据国标GB/T7031—2005将道路划分为8种类型,将车辆行驶速度划分为n个区间,分析8种道路类型上各个速度区间所占总里程的比例。利用8种道路类型上各种行驶速度下的单位里程载荷时间历程,结合用户速度分布,采用雨流计数法构建用户百公里标准载荷谱,进而根据用户目标总里程外推至用户目标载荷谱。结果表明,基于路面不平度和车速分布构建的用户目标载荷谱更加真实有效地反映了用户的实际使用工况。
In order to improve the authenticity and validity of user reliability target load spectrum, a load spectrum construction method considering road roughness and traveling speed distribution is proposed. According to the national standard GB / T7031-2005, the road is divided into eight types, the vehicle speed is divided into n intervals, and the proportions of the total mileage of the eight road types in each speed interval are analyzed. Based on the time histories of unit mileage loads under various driving speeds on eight types of road and the user velocity distribution, a standard load spectrum of one hundred kilometers is constructed by rain flow counting method, and then extrapolated to the user target load spectrum according to the total target distance of users. The results show that the user target load spectrum based on road roughness and vehicle speed distribution reflects the users’ actual operating conditions more effectively and effectively.
