压裂后聚合物残渣残留在裂缝中,影响了压裂处理效果。一种新型的容易配制的表面活性剂基液无聚合物压裂液(Clear-FRACTM)是由长链脂肪酸衍生出来的季铵盐组成。在盐水中,季铵盐分子形成独特的类似于蚯蚓状或杆状的胶束。胶束与聚合物链结构大体相似。压裂液的粘度是由胶束的性质来决定的。由于胶束结构的改变,压裂液可破胶。当压裂液遇到碳氢化合物或地层水稀释时出现破胶。因此,不需要常规的破胶剂,开采出的油或气在该压裂液中起到破胶作用。该文中涉及到粘弹性表面活性剂基液的结构特征与化学物质和物理性质之间的关系。介绍该压裂液结构、流变性、滤失性能、导流能力以及现场实例。

A Novel Easily Formulated Surfactant Base Fluid-Free Fracturing Fluid (Clear-FRACTM) is a quaternary ammonium salt derived from long-chain fatty acids. In brine, the quaternary ammonium salt molecules form unique micelles that resemble earthworms or rods. Micelles and polymer chain structure is generally similar. Fracturing fluid viscosity is determined by the nature of micelles. Due to the change of micellar structure, the fracturing fluid can be broken. Breakage occurs when fracturing fluid is diluted with hydrocarbons or formation water. Therefore, the conventional breaker is not needed and the oil or gas produced can break the gel in the fracturing fluid. This paper deals with the relationship between the structural characteristics of viscoelastic surfactant base fluids and chemical and physical properties. The fracturing fluid structure, rheology, filtration performance, conductivity and field examples are introduced.
