陶行知说:“好的先生不是教书,不是教学生,乃是教学生学。”而“教师的引导”就是“教学生学”的重要手段。课堂要有预设,教师要完成预设的目标,需要引导学生;课堂还要追求生成,有生成就必须要对学生进行观察、分析。在此基础上,教师才能对教学程序进行调整,进而灵活地据情施教,引导学生,达到最好的教学效益。一堂优质课,不是完全根据教师的事先预设按部就班地进行,而是需要教师根据学生的课堂表现,机智地适时地调整教学程序,充分发挥师生双方的积极性,随着教学活动的展开,教师、学生的思想和教学文本不断碰撞,就能迸发创造火花,产生新的学习需求、方向。
