以盐溶液外部浸泡模拟混凝土表面防冰,以内部掺加盐分模拟混凝土内部防冰。通过抗压与弯拉试验分析了2种氯盐施加方式对混凝土强度的影响;又通过室内冻结试验分析了氯盐施加方式对防冰效率的影响。结果表明:内部防冰对混凝土强度的损伤程度要大于外部防冰;两种方式在初始冻结时间上几乎无明显差异,在完全冻结时间上内部防冰的延迟效果显著弱于表面防冰。由此可判断,强度损伤主要来源于内部,防冰效率则来源于表层。因此,防冰涂层与防渗层组合具有应用前景。
The salt solution was used to simulate the anti-icing of the concrete surface, and the salt content inside was used to simulate the anti-icing of the concrete. The effects of two kinds of chloride salt application methods on concrete strength were analyzed by compressive and flexural tests. The effect of chloride salt application methods on the anti-ice efficiency was analyzed by indoor freezing test. The results show that the degree of damage caused by internal ice protection is greater than that of external ice protection. There is almost no difference between the two methods in the initial freezing time, and the delay effect of internal ice protection is significantly weaker than that of the surface ice at the complete freezing time. From this we can judge that the strength damage mainly comes from the inside, and the anti-ice efficiency comes from the surface layer. Therefore, the combination of anti-icing coating and anti-seepage layer has the potential application.
