用硅胶Ｇ薄层板，以氯仿－甲醇（８：２）为展开剂，５％香草醛硫酸液显色，采用薄层扫描法测珲颈复舒冲剂中芍药甙的含量。平均回收率为１０１．９５％（ＣＶ＝４．５２％，ｎ＝５）。
Using silica gel G thin-layer plates, chloroform-methanol (8:2) as a developing agent, 5% vanillin sulfuric acid solution was used for color development, and the content of paeoniflorin was measured by thin-layer scanning method. The average recovery was 101.95% (CV = 4.52%, n = 5).
