目的:探讨病案管理工作中质量控制的应用效果。方法:选取廉江市人民医院16个科室的病历表,分析病历表在质量控制前后的改善效果,通过医院对所选择的科室病历加以控制,再运用统计学方法以及对比法对病案质量控制前与质量控制实施后的效果加以分析。结果:医院病案管理工作中质量控制的应用可以帮助病案质量得到提升,丙级病案完全排除、乙级病案率有所下降,而甲级病案率上升显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在病案管理工作中采用质量控制法可有效提升病案质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of quality control in medical record management. Methods: The medical records of 16 departments in Lianjiang People ’s Hospital were selected to analyze the improvement effect of the medical record form before and after the quality control. The medical record of the selected department was controlled by the hospital. Then the statistical method and the comparison method were used to control the medical record quality control And quality control after the implementation of the effect be analyzed. Results: The application of quality control in hospital medical records management can help to improve the quality of medical records. The cases of Class C were completely excluded, the cases of Class B were decreased, while the cases of Class A were significantly increased (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Adopting the quality control method in case management can effectively improve the quality of medical records.
