旱魔肆虐,干渴蔓延,百年一遇的特大旱灾给我区人民生活和春耕生产带来严重困难。灾情发生后,自治区党委政府把抗旱救灾作为当前重中之重的任务,坚持以人为本,切实加强对抗旱救灾工作的领导。全区各级党委政府行动迅速,深入一线组织指挥抗旱救灾;各地区、各有关部门和受灾群众密切配合,形成合力,万众一心打响抗大旱、保民生、促春耕的攻坚战。在自治区党委政府的坚强领导下,我区采取各项有力措施,千方百计保障城乡居民生活用水,力保春耕生产有序进行,确保社会秩序稳定,最大限度降低灾害损失。 Dry demons wreak havoc and thirsts are spreading. The once-in-a-century special drought has brought serious difficulties to the people’s livelihood and the spring planting in our district. After the disaster occurs, the party committee and government in the autonomous region take the drought relief work as the most important task at present, adhere to the people-oriented principle, and earnestly strengthen the leadership in disaster relief work. The party committees and governments at all levels in the entire region have been quick and have organized and directed in-depth anti-drought and disaster relief work in the forefront. All localities and departments have worked closely with the affected people to form a concerted effort to establish a storied battle against drought, livelihood and spring planting. Under the strong leadership of the party committee and government of the autonomous region, our district has taken all kinds of effective measures to make every effort to ensure the water for urban and rural residents to ensure orderly production of spring plowing and to ensure social order stability and to minimize disaster losses.
