目的探讨舒适护理的有效实施,在改善妊娠合并症患者护理满意度以及并发症发生率方面获得的效果。方法选择本院2015年06月—2016年02月收治的妊娠合并症患者91例作为研究对象,通过患者抽签最终完成分组研究。观察组患者实施一般基础护理+舒适护理,对照组患者实施一般基础护理,比较2组患者对护理满意度以及妊娠合并高血压疾病并发症等。结果观察组患者对护理满意度评分(97.26±3.22)分,高于对照组患者的(81.29±3.23)分;观察组患者妊娠合并症为6.12%,明显低于对照的40.48%。结论舒适护理干预的积极实施,可以确保患者在疾病危险期适应能力提高,可以将镇静镇痛药物的使用概率显著降低,从而将患者出现谵妄以及出现抑郁的概率显著降低,值得广泛普及。
Objective To explore the effective implementation of comfortable nursing in improving the satisfaction of patients with pregnancy complications and the incidence of complications obtained results. Methods Ninety-one patients with pregnancy complications admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled in this study. Patients in the observation group were given general basic nursing and comfortable nursing. Patients in the control group were given general basic nursing care. The two groups were compared on nursing satisfaction and complication of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Results The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was (97.26 ± 3.22) points higher than that in the control group (81.29 ± 3.23). The incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was 6.12%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (40.48%). Conclusions The active implementation of comfort nursing intervention can ensure that the patient’s ability to adapt during the dangerous period of the disease is increased, the probability of using the sedative and analgesic drugs can be remarkably reduced, and the incidence of delirium and depression is significantly reduced, which is worth popularizing.
