在中国工矿开采业发生的各类灾害和生产安全的伤亡事故中,矿山事故的发生率占比高达三分之一,因此,矿山开采属高危行业,其安全生产不容忽视。近年来,矿产品市场呈现着持续的上扬势头,国内外大型机械化设备被很多地下矿山所引进,虽然机械化的矿山开采降低了人员危险,但地下矿山开采安全仍未从源头上得到根本解决,加上矿山的机械化整体设备缺乏有效、合理的管理,矿山设备事故和采矿人员的人身伤害事故依然频繁发生。如何从根源上加强地下矿山开采的安全性,并将相应的安全管理技术加以施用成为新一轮的研究课题,本文将从采空区顶板安全控制技术及应用、设备安全管理技术及应用两方面进行阐述。
