高速公路事业是我国交通运输工作的重要保障。近年来青年职工逐渐成为高速公路收费站的主力军。这些青年职工思想活跃,个性鲜明,给思想政治工作带来了不少新课题与新挑战。因此,本文着重分析高速公路青年职工思想政治工作中的不足,并提出解决对策,以期打造一支高素质的青年职工队伍。
The cause of expressway is an important guarantee for our country’s transportation work. In recent years, young workers have gradually become the main force of the highway toll station. These young workers are active in thinking and distinctive in personality, bringing many new topics and new challenges to ideological and political work. Therefore, this article focuses on the analysis of the lack of ideological and political work of young workers on the highway, and propose solutions to the problem, with a view to building a high-quality young workers.
