概述了研究手性化合物的核磁共振方法，对１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ 测定手性化合物的对映体过量进行了综述。并将此法与旋光度测定法和色谱法进行了比较。
An overview of NMR methods for the study of chiral compounds is given, and the enantiomeric excess of chiral compounds by 1H-NMR is reviewed. This method was compared with the polarimetry and chromatography.
