1988~1990年,Arizona大学做了关于幕上恶性神经胶质瘤的间质高温放疗的Ⅰ期研究。间质热疗首先是间质导管植入。在获得CT扫描的4~5小时内做植入,将复合后装塑料导管(治疗管)和测温导管一并插入肿瘤中心及周围1.5cm的范围内,并借助于环形模板固定于头部。第二步是将可调温性磁铁粒植入后装导管内,磁铁植入后组织的热度取决于磁铁从磁场的能量吸收。植入组织达到的最后温度决定于植入性质、血流水平、磁铁的间隙和磁场强度。热疗时将病人的头放入直径为30cm的磁场诱导系统中,磁场诱导磁铁产生电流,电流又使磁铁产热,通过传导使植入中心及周围组织的
From 1988 to 1990, the University of Arizona conducted a phase I study of hyperthermal hyperthermia in supratentorial malignant gliomas. Interstitial hyperthermia first is interstitial catheter implantation.
