The method of parametric design of annular unstable resonator with UR90 (Unstable ring resonator with 90 ° beam rotation) is discussed. An effective method of coaxial adjustment of the cavity is given. When the system magnification M is 1.21 and 1.3, A good output far-field intensity distribution was obtained, successfully reversing the mode of the UR90 cavity with an injection system and keeping its polarization state constant.
