目的识别、分析与评价某蓄电池公司极板车间扩建项目职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出合理、可行的职业病防治措施。方法按照《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》要求,采用类比法和检查表法进行评价。结果该项目可能存在的主要职业病危害因素有其他粉尘、铅尘、铅烟、一氧化碳、硫酸、液化石油气、高温和生产性噪声等,类比检测结果STEL最大值分别为4.5、0.04、0.032、18.1、<0.13、485mg/m3、33℃、93dB(A)。结论该项目建成投产后,采取有效的职业病防护措施,并加强职业病防治工作,其主要职业病危害是可以预防和控制的。
OBJECTIVE To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and their harmfulness in the expansion project of a battery company’s polar plate workshop and put forward reasonable and feasible prevention and treatment measures of occupational diseases. Methods According to the requirements of “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Assessment of Construction Projects”, the methods of analogy and checklist were used for evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that may exist in this project are other dust, lead dust, lead smoke, carbon monoxide, sulfuric acid, liquefied petroleum gas, high temperature and production noise. The maximum STEL of analogical test results are 4.5,0.04,0.032,18.1 , <0.13, 485mg / m3, 33 ℃, 93dB (A). Conclusion After the project is completed and put into production, effective occupational disease prevention measures and strengthening the prevention and control of occupational diseases are adopted. The major occupational hazards can be prevented and controlled.
