目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)后处理技术在眶骨骨折中的临床应用价值。方法收集65例眼外伤眶骨骨折患者的多层螺旋CT图像,将多平面重组图像与CT轴位图像进行比较,将后处理图像可以发现新病变、进一步证实CT轴位图像的可疑病变、没有新发现三种情况定为A、B、C级。结果A级28处(24例),B级51处(32例),C级106处(42例)。CT轴位图像检出106处,后处理图像检出185处。眶内壁骨折49例、外壁骨折23例、上壁骨折13例、下壁骨折21例;视神经管骨折8例;鼻泪管骨折1例。结论MSCT后处理图像可以多方位准确显示眶骨各部的骨折,并能够显示CT轴位图像不易发现及分辨不清的骨折。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) post-processing technique in orbital fracture. Methods 65 cases of traumatic orbital fractures were collected from patients with multi-slice spiral CT images, multi-plane images and CT axial images were compared, the post-processing images can be found in new lesions, to further confirm the CT axial image of suspicious lesions, no Three new cases were identified as A, B, C level. Results A grade 28 (24 cases), B grade 51 (32 cases), C grade 106 (42 cases). The CT axial image is detected at 106 and the post-processed image is detected at 185. There were 49 cases of orbital wall fracture, 23 cases of external wall fracture, 13 cases of upper wall fracture, 21 cases of inferior wall fracture, 8 cases of optic canal fracture and 1 case of nasolacrimal duct fracture. Conclusion MSCT postprocessing images can show the fractures of the orbital bone in all directions accurately, and can show the CT axial images are not easy to find and distinguish unclear fractures.
