20多年来从零售到地产,又到医药,再到矿业与投资,梁福东与他的华仁集团三次开门,三次闯进陌生而广阔的天地,最终成就了一个产业王国。30年前,他只身一人来到青岛闯荡;28年前,他创立了青岛第一家精品商场;20年前,他建成了被誉为“青岛东部第一楼”的金都花园;16年前,他又转身闯进医药行业;4年前,华仁药业上市后他又转向矿业与投资领域。然而,值得我们深究的,并非从一个人闯荡到一个王国崛起的传奇故事本身,而是故事里三次耐人寻味的开门。
Over the past 20 years, from retail to real estate, to medicine, to mining and investment, Liang Fudong and his Wuren Group opened the door three times and broke into the unfamiliar and vast world three times, eventually achieving an industrial kingdom. He was alone in Qingdao 30 years ago. He founded Qingdao’s first boutique shopping mall 28 years ago. Twenty years ago, he built the Jindu Garden which is reputed as “the first floor of eastern Qingdao” 16 years ago, he turned again into the pharmaceutical industry; 4 years ago, Huaren Pharmaceutical turned to mining and investment after listing. What deserves our deep study, however, is not a journey from one person to one legendary rise of the kingdom itself, but three intriguing openings in the story.
