The MOFTEC promulgated the Measures for the Administration of Trade with Taiwan on December 29, 2000. The implementation of the Measures will effectively promote the healthy and orderly development of trade with Taiwan and will have a positive impact on the economic and trade exchanges across the Taiwan Strait.
