我们班共有58个学生。全班学生整体学习基础差,缺乏良好的学习习惯和行为习惯,因而管理难度大。针对班级情况与学生的学习情况,我对班级的常规管理主要采取了“表率好”、“用心恒”、“工作细”、“严要求”等措施。1表率好要求班主任以身作则,严格要求自己,在学生面前起到良好的表率作用。“学高为师,身正为范”是对我们的要求与行为准则。班主任班级的组织者和管理者,一言一行,一举一动,无不影响着学生的学习、生活、为人处事等方面。由于年龄、阅历等原因,学生认识事物的状态还处于懵懂时期,这就要求班主任应
