[目的]观察中西医结合治疗心律失常的疗效。[方法]采用中药加减结合西药治疗心律失常40例,并以32 例单纯西药治疗为对照组。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.5%,与对照组总有效率为81.3%相比,有显著性差异(P< 0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗心律失常疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on arrhythmia. [Method] 40 cases of arrhythmia were treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus western medicine and western medicine, and 32 cases of western medicine were taken as control group. [Results] The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.5%, which was significantly different from the total effective rate in the control group (81.3%) (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The curative effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating arrhythmia is obviously better than that of western medicine alone.
