双侧上尿路结石梗阻引起少尿或无尿导致肾功能不全往往是可逆性肾损害。能否早确诊早治疗是抢救成功与否的关键。本院外科自1980～1995年收治61例,现就其诊治体会作一总结。1 资料与方法1.1 临床资料:男38例,女23例。年龄26～77岁。
Ureteral obstruction caused by bilateral urinary tract or urine caused by renal insufficiency are often reversible renal damage. Early diagnosis and early treatment is the key to the success of the rescue. Surgery in our hospital from 1980 to 1995, 61 cases were admitted, is to make a summary of their diagnosis and treatment experience. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: 38 males and 23 females. Age 26 to 77 years old.
