1983年以来,北京市财政局先后对市级农口事业单位的预算、财务管理体制进行了改革。他们根据农口各事业单位的具体情况,采取了多种形式的预算、财务包干办法,扩大了单位的自主权,调动了单位增收节支的积极性,促进了事业的发展,增加了财政收入。1987年,市级农口事业单位综合经营收入为22685万元,比1982年增长185%;1987年上交各项税金645.7万元,比1982年增长406.1%。
Since 1983, the Finance Bureau of Beijing Municipality has successively carried out reforms on the budget and financial management system of municipal-level rural credit institutions.
