介绍美国1998年1月1日～1998年12月31日辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗情况。2000年1月收集经10个月完成的所有ART治疗后妊娠结果资料分析。 ART分为:体外受精(IVF)、输卵管内配子移植(GIFT)、输卵管内合子移植(ZIFT)、冷冻胚胎移植、捐赠卵母细胞、来自捐赠卵母细胞冷冻胚胎移植及宿主子宫内胚胎移植及卵细胞内精子注射(ICSI)的IVF周期。根据妇女年龄,分为<35岁、35～37岁、38～40岁、>41岁4组。临床妊娠经超声检查见宫内有妊娠囊来确诊,除外异位妊娠(EP)及生化妊娠。临床妊娠未分娩者定为妊娠流产。
Describe the United States from January 1, 1998 ~ December 31, 1998 assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment. January 2000 Collection of data on pregnancy outcomes after all ART treatments completed over a 10-month period. ART is divided into IVF, GIFT, ZIFT, frozen embryo transfer, donated oocytes, frozen embryo transfer from donated oocytes and intrauterine embryo transfer and IVF cycle of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). According to women’s age, divided into <35 years old, 35-37 years old, 38-40 years old,> 41 years old 4 groups. Clinical pregnancy by intrauterine ultrasound to see gestational sac to confirm, except for ectopic pregnancy (EP) and biochemical pregnancy. Clinical pregnancy was not delivered as pregnancy miscarriage.
