作者用消炎痛治疗小儿神经性尿频24例,疗效满意,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 24例均为门诊病人,其中男15例,女9例;年龄1～3岁6例,～6岁15例,～9岁3例。 1.2 临床表现 均表现为尿频、尿急、无发热及尿痛。尿常规检查无异常。注意力集中或入睡后尿频消失。 1.3 治疗方法及结果 消炎痛每次1 ml·kg~([-1]),每d3次,口服,1周为1疗程。本组24例1疗程治愈20例,2个疗程全部治愈。治疗期间未见明显副作用。
The authors used indomethacin treatment of pediatric neurological frequency in 24 cases, with satisfactory results, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 24 cases were outpatients, including 15 males and 9 females; aged 1 to 3 years in 6 cases, ~ 6 years in 15 cases, ~ 9 years old in 3 cases. 1.2 clinical manifestations are frequent urination, urgency, no fever and dysuria. Urine routine examination without exception. Concentration or falling asleep frequent urination disappeared. 1.3 treatment and results Indomethacin 1 ml · kg ~ ([-1]), d3 times per day, oral, 1 week for a course of treatment. The group of 24 cases of a course of treatment of 20 cases were cured, 2 courses were all cured. No significant side effects during treatment.
