6月13日至14日,由全国政协人口资源环境委员会副主任干勇、庄国荣率领的重点领域节能减排调研组深入我省唐山市进行调研。省政协副主席葛会波陪同调研。两天的时间,全国政协调研组先后考察了河北钢铁集团唐钢公司、曹妃甸区、首钢京唐钢铁联合有限公司和唐山港曹妃甸港区25万吨级矿石码头,听取了省发改委、省工信厅、省环保厅和唐山市关于钢铁、石化行业等重点领域节能减排工作的介绍,并与省直、唐山市及部分钢铁企业负责人进行了座谈交流。
