研究了Q235钢溶液中微等离子体渗硼处理。用金相显微镜观察了渗硼层的显微组织,用SEM观察了渗硼层的表面形貌,借助显微硬度计测试了渗层的硬度,用盘销式摩擦磨损试验机测试了渗层的润滑摩擦性能。结果表明:溶液中微等离子体渗硼处理的渗硼层硬度约为基体硬度的5倍,润滑摩擦性能提高。
Micro-plasma boronizing treatment of Q235 steel was studied. The microstructure of the boronizing layer was observed with a metallurgical microscope. The surface morphology of the boronizing layer was observed by SEM. The hardness of the layer was tested with a microhardness tester. The thickness of the layer was tested with an on-disc type friction and wear tester The lubricating friction performance. The results show that the hardness of boronizing layer treated by micro-plasma boronizing is about 5 times of the hardness of the substrate, and the lubricating friction performance is improved.
