本文提出一种使黑体温度保持恒定和均匀的新方法,即可控硅超音频感应加热法。文中论述了可控硅超音频感应式中温黑体的工作原理,给出了设计方法。模拟实验表明,这类黑体是可供实用的。文中还分析讨论了超音频交流方波的感应磁场给黑体均温性测量带来的误差,给出了消除这类黑体对低噪声前置放大器的干扰的两个条件。
This paper presents a new method to keep the temperature of blackbody constant and uniform, that is, silicon controlled induction heating method. This paper discusses the working principle of SCR super audio induction medium temperature blackbody and gives the design method. Simulation experiments show that this type of blackbody is practical. The paper also analyzes and discusses the error caused by the induction magnetic field of the super-audio alternating-current square wave to the black body temperature measurement, and gives two conditions to eliminate the interference of the black body to the low-noise pre-amplifier.
