抗日战争时期,中国共产党十分重视陕甘宁边区科技奖励活动的开展,制定了一些符合时代需要的科技奖励政策。由于处于特殊时代,当时的科技奖励活动,主要围绕发展工农业生产进行,往往和工农业生产的奖励活动混在一起。并且通过举办工农业生产展览会、劳动模范或劳动英雄大会等作为奖励活动的主要形式。这些独具特色的科技奖励活动,虽然看似简单,却有非凡的意义。
During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the CPC attached great importance to the carrying out of scientific and technological reward activities in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and formulated some scientific and technological reward policies that meet the needs of the times. Because of the special times, the science and technology rewards activities at that time mainly focused on the development of industrial and agricultural production and were often mixed with the rewarding activities of industrial and agricultural production. And through the organization of industrial and agricultural production exhibitions, model workers or labor heroes as the main form of reward activities. These unique technology reward activities, although seemingly simple, have extraordinary significance.
