最近,在深圳科技界连续爆出了几条新闻,几家有名的高科技企业都因为技术人员流动导致知识产权的纠纷。一下子,人才流动的是是非非成了人们谈论的热门话题。技术人员的“跳槽”,可以说是深圳科技界的一大特色。许多人还记得在特区创办之初,许多科技人员带着科技成果南下深圳,把许多多年在内地科研机构里束之高阁的科技成果迅速转变成商品。科技人才的流动塑造了深圳一个又一个的高科技企业,南下的科技人员中也涌现了一个又一个优秀企业家。可以说,没有人才流动,就没有深圳繁荣的通讯产业、软件产业、计算机产业及其他高新技术产业。
