康明斯柴油机是利用启动钥匙停机的,当用钥匙关闭电源后,柴油机应在7～10 s内停机。若10 s内停不了机,则视为停机困难。导致柴油机停机困难的主要原因如下。 1.停机电磁阀关闭不严 停机电磁阀关闭不严是造成停机困难的主要原因之一。当钥匙关闭电源后,即切断了通往电磁阀电磁铁上的电源,电磁阀应处于关闭状态,并将燃油通往缸盖的油道密封;若停机电磁阀关闭不严,就会有少量燃油继续流向缸盖油道,使柴油机无法停下来。
