目的 :探讨脑出血以偏侧舞蹈症为首发症状的发病机制及有效治疗方法。方法 :分析 3例偏侧舞蹈症患者的临床表现、头颅CT及治疗方法。结果 :脑出血引发偏侧舞蹈症的机制在于出血区部位于基底核区、丘脑 ,且出血量少 (平均 8ml) ;应用氟哌啶醇治疗 ,辅以氯硝西泮可获显著疗效。结论 :以偏侧舞蹈症为首发症状的脑出血与出血部位、出血量有密切关系。
Objective: To explore the pathogenesis and effective treatment of hemifacial hemorrhage with hemochina as the first symptom. Methods: The clinical manifestations, head CT and treatment of 3 patients with hemilertial chorea were analyzed. Results: The mechanism of cerebral hemorrhage caused hemoptysis was that the hemorrhage was located in basal ganglia and thalamus with less bleeding (average 8ml). The treatment with haloperidol supplemented with clonazepam could achieve significant effect. CONCLUSIONS: Cerebral hemorrhage with hemilentral disease as the first symptom is closely related to the bleeding site and the amount of bleeding.
