乌头(Aconitum chinense)类药物系毛茛科植物,包括川乌、草乌和雪上一支蒿等。民间常泡酒内服,治疗跌打损伤、腰痛及关节疼痛。由于制法或服法不当,易引起中毒,常出现严重心律失常,心电图表现具有一定特点。现将我院收治乌头类药物中毒病例、心电图资料较完整的38例,报告如下。临床和心电图资料本组病例均系临床确诊为乌头类药物中毒患者,共38例。心电图资料以入院第一次
