学校中,教干的一言一行,备受关注。学校领导要做到学校管理中的智者、仁者。智者,知道教师对学生的潜移默化作用,当然也就指导自身行为对教师的无形影响。所谓":其身正,不令而从;其身不正,虽令不从。教干队伍要做到率先垂范,能吃苦敢担当,在教师队伍中发挥引领示范作用,传递正能量。我认为教干应增强五种意识、提升五种能力、做到十个坚持。增强五种意识:一是干部意识。作为教干,要有政治觉
