山西省为貫徹全国檔案工作会議方針与任务,使我省档案工作积極主动地配合我省目前工农業大躍进的形势,大力开展档案材料的利用工作,为社会主义建設事業各項工作服务,为本机关工作服务,我省的档案工作也必須來个大躍进。为此,在省委与行人委秘書長共同領导下,于五月六日联合召开了我省第二次档案工作会議。这次会議始終貫串着先虛后实、有虚有实、虛实結合的精神进行了反复討論。会議認为,必須在解放思想的基础上發揚坚持原則,敢想、敢說、敢作的独創精神,以無产阶級的气魄与勢如破竹的革命風格来檢查我省档案工作中的主观主义、教条主义与保守思想,以發揮羣众的智慧改变我省档案工作的面貌。
