我院自1984年1月～1993年12月以来,内科、妇产科先后收治围产期心肌病16例,现分析如下.1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组16例,年龄22～38岁,平均28岁,其中1胎3例,2胎8例,3胎4例,双胎1例.1.2 临床表现 16例均有心慌,心界增大,心率增快,另外有13例呼吸困难,晕厥2例,咯血3例,水肿12例,休克1例,血压升高12例,心电图多源性早搏4例,阵发性心动过速6例,ST-T改变14例,左室肥大5例,右室肥大1例.X线心脏呈普大型14例,超声心动图检查8例,其中7例心脏普遍性扩大,8例均见室壁和室
