应用润滑理论提出了平面静压推力轴承用于摆辗装置的数学模型,编制了计算机程序,计算结果表明平面静压推力轴承可用于摆辗装置,并得出一些有益的结论。在此基础上,制造了一台平面静压推力轴承摆辗装置。试验验证了理论分析的正确性,证明了平面静压推力轴承用于摆辗装置的可行性。此项研究对摆辗工艺的推广普及有着重要的意义。 Applying the lubrication theory, the mathematical model of the plane static pressure thrust bearing for the roller rolling device is put forward and the computer program is compiled. The calculation results show that the plane static pressure thrust bearing can be used in the roller rolling device, and some useful conclusions are drawn. On this basis, a plane static pressure thrust bearing roller was made. The test proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis and proves the feasibility of the plane static pressure thrust bearing for the roller rolling device. This research is of great significance to popularization of the swinging process.
