本文采用高能量脉冲钕玻璃激光、高重复频率YAG激光和大功率CO_2激光对碳-氮共渗后的20号钢进行非晶化处理。研究激光形成非晶态的工艺条件与其表面硬度以及磨蚀及腐蚀的关系,并对非晶层的热稳定性进行测试。
In this paper, high-energy pulsed neodymium glass laser, high repetition rate YAG laser and high-power CO_2 laser were used to amorphize 20 # steel after carbonitriding. The relationship between laser-induced amorphous condition and its surface hardness, abrasion and corrosion was studied. The thermal stability of the amorphous layer was also tested.
