现阶段,铝合金门窗在我国很多项目上得到广泛的应用。随着外墙饰面材料的种类越来越丰富,比如一体板,铝板等饰面的出现,对铝合金门窗在安装过程中的精度也提出了更高的要求,否则安装完毕出现咬框,上下偏位,左右不平等一系列问题,造成质量上的隐患,功能上的缺失,视觉上的不美观。本文以星月虹桥中心项目为例,介绍通过对铝合金门窗安装过程中控制各现场工艺流程的精度来严格把控铝合金门窗安装精度。
