众所周知,国有企业一直以来都是我国最重要的行业部门之一,是国家建设和发展的关键企业,也是国家财政投入的核心领域。财务管理是对企业资金管控的重要手段,加强对其的管理,有助于提升资金的利用效率,提高企业的整体管理水平。虽然近年来,我国国有企业已经逐步认识到了财务管理工作的重要意义,并逐步完善管理规章,以提升工作的有效性。但是其与发达国家的财务管理能力仍有较大的差距,很多问题也慢慢暴露了出来。针对这样的现象,本文就结合我国国有企业财务管理工作的实际,简单阐述一下财务管理在具体工作中存在的主要弊病,并分析提出切实可行的对策予以解决,提高资金的利用效率,为企业的进一步发展奠定坚实的基础。
